Solo W-2, Inc. does not set the billing rate for the consultants that it represents. There is no charge for compliance testing and there is no charge to convert a non-compliant independent contractor to Solo W-2™ employment status.

Solo W-2, Inc. does charge the consultant’s account a nominal administrative fee equal to 6% of collected revenues. Your organization may opt to subsidize part of, or all of, the administrative fee as a mark-up on billings, but that is between you and the consultant.
